At Pit Boss, we stand behind our grilling equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for an exchange or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
